Cara took great care of our Molly, we picked up a happy, clean and confident cat at the end of her stay. The regular photo and video updates were also very much appreciated, I agree with what other reviews said: it is a home away from home for cats.

and she had no issues giving Jasmin her tablets. They stayed in the ‘Under the Sea Lodge’, which is very spacious, very clean, nice and warm, with its own TV and radio, with plenty of toys & beds to keep the cats occupied, even though you can take your own bedding and toys. There is also a variety of food which you can choose for your cats. Cara sent me daily updates and photos, which I really appreciated.

Cara’s communication was brilliant from the booking stage and throughout the stay. She was also really understanding and flexible with check in and out times. I got regular updates and my cats were clearly well looked after; I would definitely recommend.
